Now UGENE can find pattern only in continuous region.
So, if you select multiple range in "Region Selection" dialog and launch FindPattern on "Selected region", UGENE will perform search only on one region.
Make it possible to find pattern on multiple regions.
Note: do not forget about the presentation of multiple selection on "Search in sequence" tab.
