Major Gb files from the previous version of UGENE couldn't be opened in 1.14.1 and higher. Request from user Allis:

When I check the mentioned qualifiers in a text editor, there's no single quote character there.
The bug also affects the latest snapshot ugene-1.15.0-dev-linux-i686-r7499. But does not affect Ugene 1.14.0
I tried version from the ppa as well as ugene-1.14.1-x86-full from the download page."
