I've met an issue when building UGENE 1.14.1 on Mageia's build system with 24 build nodes (i.e. using "make -j24").
When building U2Designer, it seems a header file was generated on a build node while it needed to be used in another node (some 8 steps afterwards theoretically):
In file included from ../../include/U2Designer/MarkerEditorWidget.h:1:0, from src/MarkerEditor.cpp:26: ../../include/U2Designer/../../corelibs/U2Designer/src/MarkerEditorWidget.h:25:35: fatal error: ui_MarkerEditorWidget.h: No such file or directory #include "ui_MarkerEditorWidget.h" ^
