      Description

      1. Open "_common_data\muscul4\prefab_1_ref.aln"
      2. Press "Switch on/off collapsing" tool button
      3. Select sequence "1a0cA"
      4. Use context menu

      {Set with sequence as reference}

      Expected state: the sequence became reference
      Current state: reference sequence is "35|1a0cA|gi|23100574"
