Invalid layout of "Annotation Highlighting" options panel tab in Sequence View

      Description

      "Annotation Highlighting" options panel tab in Sequence View has incorrect layout: it doesn't shown correctly if there is too little available height (see the attached screenshot). A scrollbar should appear.

      Scenario:

      1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
      2. Open "Annotation Highlighting" options panel tab.
      3. Open Log view or Task view.
      4. Enlarge the Log / Task view until the tab widget no longer fit into options panel.
