Find pattern widget: some options changes don't start a new find task

Each change of next options should start a new search:

1. Match value for "InsDel" and "Substitute" algorithms.
2. "Search with ambiguous bases" option for the "Substitute" algorithm.
3. Selected algorithm.
4. Region value to search in (for Custom region and Selected region).
