Be able to open ACE in the Alignment Editor

      Description

      As CAP3 results are stored in the ACE format, UGENE must be able to open files of this format in the Alignment Editor.

      A dialog should appear with the selection of the viewer. If the ACE file is small, the Alignment Editor should be selected by default.
