Primer3 can not find results on circular junction region

Scenario 1:

1. Open sequence
2. Open CV
3. Select the region that contain circular junction
4. Launch Primer3 on the selected region
   Current state: results are found only at the beginning of the sequence
   Expected state:

• sequence is circular - results should be equal to the results you obtain from Primer3 if you create the sequence from that region and launch Primer3 on the whole sequence.
• sequence is linear - there should be top results from both regions

Scenario 2:

1. Open sequence
2. Open CV
3. Select the region that contain circular junction like that: let the region from the sequence start be very small ~20pt
   Current state: there is an error

   INCLUDED_REGION length'

   Expected state: see the previous scenario.
