Some PDB files can not be recongized

1. Open any file from "ftp://ugene-quad-ubuntu/test/asavchenko_tests/pdb_orac_5_5_3/unrecognized_format"
   Current state: "Select Correct Document Format" dialog appeared, PDB format is not at the top of suitable formats.
2. Select PDB from combobox and open the file
   Current state: there is no proper 3D view of the molecule (probably in Windows there is a crash)

Expected state after step 1: file is opened, 3D molecule is displayed
