This issue is request from FCP.
The similar feature is present in Vector NTI. It should be possible to change font color and background color of subsequences (see also "change_subsequences_colors.png"). This would help a user to work with a document.
The highlighting shouldn't be saved in the document, i.e.:
1. Open a sequence
2. Highlight some subsequence
3. Reopen the sequence
=> There is no highlighting
