Tab order in graph setting dialogs and dots for labels removing

I

1. Open file "data/samples/Genbank/murine.gb".
2. Select "Graphs -> GC Content (%)" on the sequence view toolbar.
3. In the graph context menu choose "Graph -> Graph settings".
   Expected state: the "Graph Settings" dialog has appeared. It has the correct tab order inside.
   Current state: After the "Steps per window" field focus goes to the "OK" button, but not to the "Default color" field.

1. In the graph context menu choose "Graph -> Save cutoffs as annotations".
   Expected state: the "Save Graph Cutoffs as Annotations" dialog has appeared. It has the correct tab order.
   Current state: The dialog has focus on the "Minimum cutoff" field instead of "Maximum cutoff". After the "Around cutoff values" field focus goes to the "Maximum cutoff" field, but not to the "Existing table" field.

The "Delete all labels..." action in the Graph context menu doesn't call any dialog so it's required to delete last three dots in the action's name.
