- Open file "data/samples/Genbank/sars.gb"
- Click the following item on the sequence view toolbar:
{ Graphs -> AG Content (%) }
Expected state: Graph has appeared
- Call context menu on the graph:
{ Graph -> Graph settings... }
Expected state: the "Graph Settings" dialog has appeared
- Set the following parameters:
{ Window :1000; Steps per window : 1 }
, accept the dialog.
- Move mouse cursor to the 3494 position.
Expected state: a point on a graph turned red meaning that it's in a local extremum - Hold Shift and click left mouse button
Expected state: a new label appeared on the graph. - Select sequence region [2700; 4400]
- Click on "Zoom to selection" on the sequence view toolbar
Current state: graph view has zoomed. The point on the graph is always red regardless of its position.
Expected state: The point is red only in an extremum position
