Annotation table object saves the relation after removing it from the sequence view

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
2. Create an annotation on it.
   Expected state: a new annotation table object appears in the project view, it has a relation to "human_T1" sequence object.
3. Call context menu on the annotation table in the annotation tree view, select {Remove -> Selected objects with annotations from view}

   menu item.
   Expected state: the annotation table is removed, the relation is removed.
   Current state: the annotation table is removed, the relation is saved.

To check the relation existence close the view and open it again. If the relation is present, the annotation table will be added to the annotation tree view.
