Labels in the "Align Sequences Reads" dialogs looks incorrectly

1. Select

Expected state: the "Align Sequencing Reads" dialog has appeared
2. Select BWA-MEM or BWA-SW algorithm method
Expected state: there is a "NOTE" label in the bottom of the dialog.
The label is a plain text although other "noting" labels in the dialog use conventional hint styles.

3. In the same dialog choose BWA algorithm
4. Set large reference sequence (>2GB)
Expected state: "NOTE" label has appeared.
It's expanded not to the whole dialog width. (See the attached screenshot)

The action name "Align short reads" calls dialog but doesn't ends with three dots.
