Selecting a region between two similar restriction sites by cut site positions

An easy way to select a subsequence between two similar restriction sites should be provided.

For example see a restriction site in the image attached. The cut sites are marked with black triangles (between "G" and "A" for the direct strand).

Let there be 2 such restriction sites on the sequence: "... GAATTC ... GAATTC ..."

It should be possible to select a region using the cut site, for example for the direct strand the region would be "AATTC ... G".
