I tried to launch workflow sample "Raw ChIP-seq processing" (with single tags) with data specified in the "test\cmdline\common\workflow_samples\raw_ngs\test_0001" test.
I specified:
1) FASTQ input:
test_common_data\cmdline\workflow_samples\raw_ngs \reads_1.fastq
2) Reference sequence:
test_common_data\cmdline\workflow_samples\raw_ngs\bowtie_index\test.fa
3) Output directory: "out"
The workflow ended with a BWA-MEM error: it exited with code 1.
Therefore, it seems that the workflow does not work.
The question is why the test didn't show this?
1) Is there a problem in the test?
2) Is there a problem in the test system?
3) Am I launched the workflow incorrectly?
The test was launched on Windows OS.
