Correct opening from Welcome Page

      Description

      1. Check 'Open last project on startup' checkbox in application settings
      2. Create a project with a few files and open them (make them appear in recent files and project on Welcome Page)
      3. Close project view and relaunch UGENE
        Expected state: project view is closed, Welcome Page is displayed
      4. Click on your project in Recent Projects list
        Current state: 'Project is already opened' message is appeared
        Expected state: project view is opened – so you can observe it
      5. Click on one of recent file from the project
        Current state: 'The document with the same URL is already added to the project' warning appeared
        Expected state: document is loaded, view is opened
