Info about the line number when a GenBank file is incorrect

      Description

      Currently, if a GenBank file is incorrect, UGENE doesn't open it and provides an error message. The message must contain the number of erroneous line in the file.

      Also, please improve messages in the followings cases:
      1) There is only one quote in a qualifier value (i.e. the double quote)
      2) There is an empty line in the file
