Scenario to reproduce:
- Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
- Open "Search in Sequence" options panel tab.
- Check "Load patterns from file" checkbox , set "_common_data/fasta/shuffled.fa" as input file, check "Use pattern name" checkbox.
Expected state: there are 1802 results found. - Click "Create annotations" button.
Expected state: 1802 annotations are created, each has the same name as the pattern has.
Current state: there is a message in the log: "Trying to recover from error: Failed conversion to integer at src/ov_sequence/find_pattern/FindPatternWidget.cpp:1561"
An another bug appearance:
If there is an invalid pattern name written in the pattern text edit widget and "Load patterns from file" options is checked one can't create annotations and a warning about pattern name is shown.
