SAFE_POINT on auto-annotation removal

1. Open file "data/samples/Genbank/CVU55762.gb"
2. On the app toolbar choose

{ Global annotation highlighting -> Show restriction sites }

Expected state: restriction site search task has started, then finished, and auto-annotations update task has started. New annotations are being added gradually.
3. On the app toolbar choose

{ Global annotation highlighting -> Hide restriction sites }

Expected state: Auto-annotation update task has been cancelled, new auto-annotations haven't been produced.
Current state: SAFE_POINT is triggered.
