      Description

      Files of the Vector NTI GenBank format have a special header based on the "COMMENT" GenBank fields. Support showing of this information in UGENE.

      But the header should be parsed before showing because there a lot of service information, e.g. VNTIDATE|..., VNTINAME|... and others; and it must be replaced with the human readable information.
