      Description

      UGENE graphical interface must be re-factored to be more goal-oriented and clear.

      Interconnection between different objects views must be arranged where it may be useful, for example:

      1. Add synchronization and an easy switch between a sequence and a multiple alignment, containing the sequence
      2. Show annotations for a set of aligned sequences
      3. Show annotations on chromatograms
