CreateAnnotationsTask works inefficiently sometimes

CreateAnnotationsTask can't process more than one group of features. So if you need create several groups you create several tasks and each task causes sequence view redraw. It makes sense for enzymes search task.
CreateAnnotationsTask should be able to process several annotation groups.
