Annotations tree view scrollbar moves unexpectedly

1. Open any sequence.
2. If there is no scroll bar in the bottom of the annotations tree view, expand the project view until the scrollbar appears
3. Click on the "Auto-annotations" item in the "Value" column
Expected state: the item has been selected, scroll bar hasn't been moved
Current state: the item has been selected and the scroll bar moved to the right so sometimes the "Name" column is not shown at all.
