Annotation is not selected upon mouse click

1. Create a sequence consisting of a single base.
2. Annotate the region of (1..1).
3. Click on the left part of the annotation on the Zoom view.
Expected state: annotation has been selected.
4. Remove selection and click on the right part of the annotation.
Expected state: annotation has been selected.
Current state: nothing happens
