      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "_common_data/clustal/fungal - all.aln".
      2. Align the msa with t-coffee.
      3. Cancel the align task when an external tool run task starts.
        Expected state: the task is canceled, there are no t-coffee processes in the Windows Task Manager.
        Current state: the task is canceled, there are several unfinished t-coffee processes in the Windows Task Manager.
