Align profile to profile with MUSCLE task can hang GUI for a while

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "_common_data/clustal/fungal - all.aln".
2. Call context menu on the sequence area, select {Align -> Align profile to profile with MUSCLE...}

   menu item.

3. Set "_common_data/clustal/fungal - all.gap_cut.aln" as second profile.
4. Try to do something, that needs a temporary db connection, e.g. open something or remove any document.
   Expected state: you can do it.
   Current state: GUI hangs until align task finishes.

The report stage of the align task is too hard to do it in the main thread, move it to the another thread.
