Minor The old good find pattern dialog needs some modernization.
1. 'Find next' mode - looks useless
2. When the user wants to save results as annotation, the dialog requires him to perform an extra step (1. find 2. save to annoations). In order to conform such use-cases the next clues can be considered: 1) left only 'save to annotations' mode as in other ugene dialogs 2) save current behavior and add new button like 'find to annotations'
3. Guess input alphabet (amino/nucleic)
