Joined annotation is not updated in CV

1. Open file "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa"
2. Open CV
3. Create annotation with coordinates "join(1..10000, 190000..199950)"
Expected state: joined annotation has appeared on the CV as two annotated regions
4. Call right-click menu on the "human_T1" sequence object in the Project view and click "Mark as circular"
Expected state: annotation regions has merged into a single one on the CV
Current state: nothing happens
