      Description

      Be able to align a set of BLAST results. Make sure to provide correct coordinates for the subject sequence regions (UGENE-3970).

      This feature maybe joined with loading data from the BLAST database.

      All BLAST results must be supported: BLAST/BLAST+, local/NCBI.
