Show sequence objects instead of a multiple alignment object

This is a user request.

When a set of sequences is opened as a single multiple alignment object, it is harder to manipulate them. The sequences must be displayed as separate objects, i.e. the [m] object must be removed from UGENE.

The user said that Vector NTI can be used as a reference for development of the sequences manipulation feature as it is really handy.
