Main UGENE toolbar on Mac OS X in the documentation

UGENE documentation about main toolbar should be reviewed and fixed, keeping in mind that the main toolbar on Mac OS X differs from the toolbar on other OS.

For example, the Applications Settings dialog on Mac OS X is opened from another menu item than on Windows. Also the hotkeys are different.
