Minor A vertical scrollbar is also shown in the left side of MSA view. It's active if all MSA rows don't fit the window but if there is relatively small number of sequences (e.g. in "data/samples/COI.aln") the scrollbar is disabled. It must be invisible in such cases. The same is also true for horizontal scrollbars in the bottom of the MSA sequence area and the name list area.
