Correct labels on the "Annotations Highlighting" tab

Since annotation type was added as a separate instance (UGENE-3867), labels on the "Annotations Highlighting" tab must be corrected. Names of annotations are shown in the list, not types.

Correct the labels as follows:
1) "Select an annotation type:" - > "Select an annotation name:"
2) "Show all annotation types" - > "Show all annotation names"
3) "Show types for the sequence only" -> "Show names for the sequence only"
4) ""Configure the annotation type:"" -> "Configure annotations with the name:" OR "Configure the annotations:"
5) "Show annotations of this type" - > "Show annotations"
