In Silico PCR workflow

Add "In Silico PCR" workflow element and create the following sample workflow.

Input:
1) A set of sequences
2) A set of primer pairs

Output:
1) A report that specifies:

• How many products are produced for sequence sequence and a primers pair.
• Details about the primers pairs.

2) Optionally: All extracted products - it should be possible to distinguish them by names or by location in a folders hierarchy.
