UGENE crashes on parsing CSV file

      Description

      1. Open "human_T1.fa"
      2. Call context menu on the document

      {Export/Import->Import annotations from CSV...}

      Expected state: "Import Annotations from CSV" dialog appeared
      3. Select the attached file for reading
      4. Copy tab to clipboard and insert to "Column separator" field
      5. Select 3rd column as "Start position", 4th column as "End position" and 5th as "Complement strand mark"
      6. Press "Run"
      Current state: UGENE crashes
