MSA editor is not scrolled down when the sequence selection moves down out of visible area

      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/ty3.aln.gz".
      2. Select several sequences.
      3. Move the selection down with "down" key until it leaves the visible area.
        Expected state: the msa is scrolled down to show the last item that was included into the selection.
        Current state: the msa is not scrolled down until the first sequence in the selection tries to leave the visible area.
