      Description

      Primer sequences consist of only ACGT symbols. Now it is possible to import a sequence with "N", e. g. TNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGNNNNNNNN.

      But it is wrong. For example, such sequences can not be used in In silico PCR.
