Add "Trim both ends" to NGS raw data processing wizards

      Description

      For each NGS raw data processing workflow:

      1. Add "Trim both ends" parameter of the "Trim Reads by Quality" element to the "Pre-processing" page of the wizard.
      2. Make it "True" by default.

      Alternatively, it is better to rename the parameter and allow it to have 3 values (5' and 3', 5' only, 3' only).
