      Description

      1. Open samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln.
      2. Overview context menu -> Show simple overview.
      3. Highlighting options panel tab -> Conservation level highlighting type.
      4. Threshold: 100%.
      => Simple overview and MSA Editor show different highlighting.
      If you set a sequence as the reference then the pictures are equal.
