      Description

      Messages from "SnpEff" are marked as errors if they contain word "error"
      Examples:
      [ERROR][17:56] SnpEff: # Length errors : 88 ( 0.22% )
      [ERROR][17:56] SnpEff: # STOP codons in CDS errors : 79 ( 0.19% )
      [ERROR][17:56] SnpEff: # START codon errors : 119 ( 0.29% )
      [ERROR][17:56] SnpEff: # Total Errors : 248 ( 0.61% )
