      Description

      Path with spaces has double quotes:

       C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_45\jre\bin\java.exe -jar D:\dkandrov\ugene-1.16.1\tools\snpEff-4.1b\snpEff.jar -dataDir /C:/Users/dkandrov/.UGENE_downloaded/snpeff_data -i vcf -o vcf -upDownStreamLen 0 -v hg19 ""D:/dkandrov/tmp tmp/variations.vcf""
