      Description

      After fixing UGENE-4110 bed files opening takes much more time

      Example: Opening file "test/_common_data/bed/valid_input/cow.chr13.repeats.shifted.bed" took 15 sec, but after UGENE-4110 fix it takes about 10 minutes
