Saving modification in the Application Settings dialog

Consider saving changes in the Application Settings dialog when a value has been changed, but another item hasn't been selected:

Then I tried copy paste that didn't work. Then I tried different things and figured out that copy paste and clicking another entry before closing preferences worked.
