Make possible searching for overlapped repeats

There is a request from our vk public page (https://vk.com/topic-74359225_31108682) about supporting overlapped repeats search. See how it's done by the GeScanLab program (http://shmain.ru/nauchnye-stati/poisk-povtorov-v-genomax-prokariot-i-eukariot.html). Besides, search results must be supplemented with some significance information that can be obtained, for example, using the TandemSWAN application.
