      Description

      Based on comments to UGENE-1910.

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
      2. Open circular view.
      3. Set circular view height small enough (something about 200 pixels).
      4. Zoom in the circular view.
        Current state: in some zoom step the upper part of the curve goes beyond the view (see an attached screenshot).
