UGENE can't process very long qualifiers

      Description

      It is possible to create an annotation with the long annotations group name or the long description (32768 symbols).
      When you export such annotations in a file then:
      GenBank - the created file is not loaded in UGENE.
      GFF - UGENE crashes on exporting.
