Unify separators between IDs in different dialogs

After fixing UGENE-2470 IDs in the fetch BLAST results dialog are separated by ",".

In other UGENE dialog (e.g. fetch sequences from remote DB) IDs are separated by ";" or by " ".

A unified way of IDs separation must be present in UGENE.
