Popup when there are a lot of annotations with the same location

When there are a lot of annotations in the same location (e.g. > 100), the popup shown when a user hovers the annotations by mouse fills the whole screen.

An additional check should be provided for the number of regions. Maybe a message with the number of regions should be shown instead in this case.
