Scenario to reproduce:
- Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
- Open "Search in Sequence" options panel tab.
- Open "Annotation parameters" group, check "Use pattern name" option.
- Enter pattern "> ".
Expected state: widget should think that it is a pattern name without the pattern, so there should be a warning about incorrect pattern name.
Current state: widget shows two warnings: about incorrect pattern name and about symbols that don't match the alphabet.
