Find pattern widget incorrectly process incomplete pattern name

      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
      2. Open "Search in Sequence" options panel tab.
      3. Open "Annotation parameters" group, check "Use pattern name" option.
      4. Enter pattern "> ".
        Expected state: widget should think that it is a pattern name without the pattern, so there should be a warning about incorrect pattern name.
        Current state: widget shows two warnings: about incorrect pattern name and about symbols that don't match the alphabet.
